They help companies and organisations to prepare for the changes in the world of work. These changes are brought about, for example, by new technologies, more flexible working models or the use of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Analyses of the future of work use data, trends and expert opinions to predict how and where we will work in the future. Companies use such analyses to react to new requirements in good time, provide employees with targeted training or introduce suitable technologies.<\/p>\n<p>A simple example: a medium-sized company has a study carried out to determine whether working from home and digital tools improve or worsen team collaboration. The results show where the challenges lie and how the company can optimise working conditions. <\/p>\n<p>Such analyses therefore help managers to make the right decisions for the well-being of employees and the sustainable success of the company.
