Improving the effect of aromatherapy can be achieved through simple strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into the daily work routine of managers. The targeted use of essential oils helps to reduce stress, increase concentration and create a positive atmosphere. This not only promotes personal well-being, but also teamwork.

Select and dose high-quality essential oils specifically

An important prerequisite for improving the effect of aromatherapy is choosing the right oils. Natural and high-quality products without synthetic additives have the best effect. Fragrances such as lavender, camomile and bergamot have proved particularly effective. These oils can be used gently in small doses to create a calm and balanced atmosphere.
