By 2022, eCommerce sales in Germany will rise to over 82 billion euros. This is according to a recent forecast by Digital Market Outlook. The analysts see particularly dynamic growth in the furniture and household (+61.1 per cent) and food and drugstore (+54.2 per cent) sectors. However, the electronics, media and fashion categories are more important for overall sales, with a combined market share of around 60 per cent.
