Today, self-healing is a central theme that accompanies many people in their everyday lives. The ability to gently bring one's own body and mind into balance is becoming increasingly important. A practice that supports this self-healing is based on gentle energy work, in which the flow of energy in the body is stimulated with a steady hand and mindfulness.

How gentle energy work can support self-healing

Gentle energy work uses techniques such as laying on of hands, breathing exercises and visualisation to promote the natural flow of energy in the body. When energy can circulate unhindered, it is often reported that inner balance improves. The aim is to support self-healing powers, not to replace them. My analysis
