It is immensely important to shed the "thinking of yesterday" and be open to treading new paths. Management for managers has become an important foundation in the new media, as a manager today is not just a supervisor, but rather a coach for the entire team.
In Management 2.0, the soft skills of managers are in demand, i.e. the ability to be trained in social media and management at the same time. Unfortunately, many companies have not yet realised this and therefore still promote the classic department manager who is trained in key figures, etc.
