Understanding the individual constitution makes a significant contribution to providing targeted impulses for nutrition, exercise and relaxation. This strengthens people's vitality at all levels and promotes sustainable performance.

A practical example shows how companies can benefit from consciously integrating Ayurvedic principles into their day-to-day management. At a medium-sized company, regular reflection sessions were introduced in which successes were recognised and new ideas for the team were collected. This noticeably increased the sense of community and motivation.
