My analysis

Individual attention to dosha balance, nutrition and self-care creates the conditions for sustainable performance and a people-orientated leadership culture. In practice, it has been shown that even small impulses can have an effect and promote well-being. Ayurveda is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatments, but a supportive companion on the path to a balanced life and conscious leadership.
