The term human-AI co-creation is primarily used in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and HR work and teams. It describes the close collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in order to jointly develop new solutions, products or ideas.
Instead of humans doing everything on their own or AI acting independently, both sides utilise their strengths: Humans contribute creativity, intuition and experience, while AI can analyse large amounts of data at lightning speed and make helpful suggestions.
An illustrative example: In a large company, a team develops a new marketing campaign. The employees come up with rough ideas and then use an AI to suggest suitable slogans, recognise successful images and analyse specific target groups. The best suggestions are then selected again by humans and further refined.
