Strengthening emotional balance is a central key to sustainable leadership success. After all, those who can regulate their own emotions deal with stress and challenges with confidence. At the same time, they understand and take into account the emotions of their employees better. This creates a working environment that promotes motivation and commitment.

Why strengthening emotional balance is important for managers

Managers who strengthen their emotional balance significantly improve their emotional intelligence. This means that they recognise their own emotions at an early stage, consciously manage them and respond empathetically to their employees. This contributes to a positive working atmosphere and a feeling of security in the team. My analysis
