The adventure begins in Neflental
The Neflental was at its glorious peak. The sun shone golden in the sky and the colours glowed everywhere: The water shimmered like sapphires, the grass glowed emerald green and even the air sparkled in warm amber light. It was the most beautiful time to celebrate, but sometimes it was also a time when someone had to be brave.
The special place: The water lily bay
At the edge of the crystal lake lay the water lily bay. Large, round leaves floated calmly on the water and the white flowers smelled delicately in the warm air. Colourful fish moved slowly between the stems and dragonflies with sparkling wings circled over the water. Someone wanted to organise a party here. But one important task was still unfinished: Someone had to deliver a message - all by themselves.
Pink evergreen has a task
Rosa Periwinkle was asked to take the invitation for the big glamour festival to the Flossians, who lived a little further back on the lakeshore. Rosa had never done this on her own before. The journey was long and a little fear crept into her thoughts. What if the bridge shook again? What if someone laughs? Or if the wind carries the invitation away?
Boost your self-confidence: Be courageous in small moments
Rosa Periwinkle looked at the water, which sparkled like silver. Rosa heard the buzzing of a dragonfly and the giggling voices of the fish. The sun caressed her skin warmly. A thought grew bigger: "I can do this! Even if I'm scared, I'll just go now." Every step became easier because Rosa kept reminding herself why the task was so important.
Small steps make you strong
Rosa Periwinkle walked slowly over the soft moss along the bank. At first, her heart was pounding wildly. But then the first water lilies appeared and the fish flashed colourfully under the water. A dragonfly briefly perched on Rosa's hand. These little moments gave her strength. Her courage grew with every step. Rosa said quietly: "I'm strong. I can do this!"
They all shine together in the glamour high
Rosa Periwinkle soon arrived at the Flossians' houses. The invitation was kindly accepted and everyone was amazed that Rosa had come all alone. Soon afterwards, the lanterns lit up on the shore of Water Lily Bay. Revellers in colourful dresses sat by the water, singing songs and clapping their hands. The golden light jumped from face to face like sparks. Rosa Periwinkle smiled, because now everything felt so light and beautiful.
Everything is easier together
In the evening, Rosa told everyone how the journey had been alone and how courage can grow - step by step, like dragonflies learning to fly. The friends listened and realised: Anyone can be brave and strong, especially if you believe in yourself and dare to try something new. Together they celebrate the glamour high, laugh around the fire and know that courage and joy are at home in the Neflental.
What do we learn from this?
Sometimes something feels difficult or even a little scary. But with small steps and trust in yourself, courage and strength grow. Even if you're scared, it's worth giving it a try. In Neflental, little heroes and heroines like Rosa Immergrün show that everyone can be brave - including you!
