Training optimisation (Glossary)

(366)

Training optimisation is particularly important in the areas of artificial intelligence, industry and Factory 4.0 as well as HR work and teams. The term describes all processes that aim to continuously improve training - i.e. learning or training units for people or machines - in order to achieve the best possible results.

Imagine a factory using robots to assemble products. Every time a robot completes a task, data is collected. With the help of training optimisation, the processes of these robots are analysed and adapted so that they work faster, more accurately or more energy-efficiently. Training optimisation for employees can also mean that training programmes are regularly evaluated and improved accordingly so that the team works more efficiently and is more motivated.

The aim of training optimisation is therefore to continuously increase performance through targeted adjustments and improvements - whether for humans or machines. For companies, this means long-term cost savings, higher quality and satisfied employees.
