Determination for success in Neflental
In Neflental, the glorious high season is the most beautiful time of the year. The sun paints golden patterns on the meadows and trees, and the rivers glisten like precious stones in the warmth of summer. Lanterns float above the vast summer plateau and cheerful voices mingle with the buzzing of bees. Every day is full of colour: sun gold, sapphire blue, coral red and emerald green. But it's not just colours that make this time so special. Small miracles happen again and again, because if you have a dream and stick to it, you can even achieve the seemingly impossible in Neflental.
A big goal in the Bernblütenhain
The Bernblütenhain shimmers in the heart of the valley. Golden yellow flowers grow here, their scent reminiscent of honey and summer rain. Many inhabitants of the Neflen Valley come to the grove during the peak of splendour to whisper wishes or celebrate festivals. But today, Rosa Periwinkle had a different reason for coming here. She had a dream. She wanted to be the first to carry the festive flame through the grove in the Festival of Lights, the famous summer festival. Some said it was impossible because no one in her family had ever got that far before. But Rosa never let go of her dream.
The first step towards the goal
In the morning, when the sun shone like liquid gold on the Bernblüten, she met up with the other children. She listened to the flame runners talk about how strenuous and difficult the route to the crystal lake would be. Someone laughed and said that the path was full of hills and the water was so sparkling that you could almost be blinded. Rosa thought about how long she had dreamed of running with them. She smiled, stretched out her arms and began to practise. Because dreams only come true if you take the first step and keep at it.
Practise, practise and never give up
Every day after breakfast, she came to the Bernblütenhain. She ran between the fragrant flowers, jumped nimbly over the little streams and imagined how the light danced in the festive flames. It wasn't so easy not to stumble or get stuck. In the beginning, she often needed a break. But she knew that if you stay determined, you become stronger and more confident. And so she kept practising, day after day, always a little bit more.
The evening of the light run in the glamour high
On the evening of the big light run, the lanterns shone in all colours over the water. On the shore, everyone sat around the campfires dressed in colourful outfits and told stories. The sun bathed the valley in amber and gold. Rosa was very excited, but she took a deep breath and reminded herself: "I've practised, I can do this.
When the starting shot was fired, Rosa ran off with quick strides. She could feel the glistening sand under her feet and the cheers of the others. The golden yellow amber flowers flew past her. Even when she grew tired and the path became steeper, she thought of her destination. She had dreamed about it for so many days, she had practised so often. Now it was time to give it her all.
Success - with determination to happiness
Rosa felt the joy coursing through her body as she arrived at the crystal lake with the festival flame. The flame was reflected in the water and she suddenly realised why determination is so important. If you really want something and keep working for it, you can achieve your dream. Many cheered and celebrated with her, because everyone knew that Rosa had achieved her goal because she never gave up.
What do we learn from this?
Life is not about getting everything done straight away. It is important to move forward step by step, remain courageous and keep going even when things get difficult. With determination, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Don't be discouraged, trust in your strength and believe in your dream. In Neflental, when the sun shines in gold and amber and the amber blossoms are fragrant, everyone knows that if you don't give up, you can achieve great things!
