The book has become a workbook for me with lots of annotations, notes and underlining. It makes a lot of things clearer and helps immediately! I've always been able to pick out one topic and analyse our website with it in mind. Everything is very clear and easy to understand - thanks to the many practical examples. The only thing that takes some getting used to for us designers is the book design.
