You may be surprised to hear me say that I have come to the conclusion from your comments that I have the biggest trump card when selling if I remain honest and don't bullshit the customer. And that's why I'll let the customer in on some of your secrets, because one thing is clear: if I manage to get all my customers to be 5% intelligent companies in future, the previous 5% will fall through the cracks. This is because user behaviour will probably not (or only very slowly) change in such a way that they click on more pages on a topic than before.
But I can tell you this, in my 24-year career as a media consultant, there has never been a training programme that has brought me as much as yours.
