Storytelling is about presenting information in a way that is not just factual, but exciting, emotional or captivating - similar to a good book or film. The aim is that users or customers feel addressed and can remember the content better.

A simple example: instead of saying "Our product saves time", a company could tell the story of a customer who has more time for their family thanks to this product. Stories like this make the message more memorable and more personal.
